Clients can place orders for gemstones, pearls, and diamonds that are not readily available in stock. Depending on the requirement, the client will be intimated about the likely date of material being ready  being ready   for delivery across the counter. ACGS also undertakes orders for making jewelry pieces for clients according to a design given or chosen by the client from design catalogs. An estimate of the cost is provided by ACGS and the job is undertaken on receiving part-payment as advance.

All efforts are made to ensure excellent workmanship and adherence to the finalized design for the given piece. The piece is allowed to be inspected by the client after initial design work is done in metal, before fine finishing and before the stones are set in the piece.

While placing an order, a percentage of the estimated price of the gemstones/ jewelry will be taken as advance payment by ACGS. This is to ensure commitment for both parties.

On demand, certain rough stones can be made available in lots.

Terms and conditions are applicable in case of orders cancelled by a client.
